Grilling season is almost here! Marinades are an easy, tasty way to enhance the natural flavor of Berkshire pork. The night before your planning to put them on the grill, put an easy marinade or brine over the chops and refrigerate until it’s go time.
• 1/3 cup soy sauce • 2 tbsp water
• 2 tbsp brown sugar
• 2 tbsp mild chili sauce
• 2 garlic cloves (minced)
• 1/4 tsp ground black pepper • 1 pinch salt
• 1/2 cup olive oil
• 1/4 cup lemon juice
• 1 tbsp garlic minced
• 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
• 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce • 1/3 cup brown sugar
• 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
• 2 tsp coarse salt
• 1 tsp black pepper
• 1 cup vegetable oil • 1/2 cup ketchup
• 2 clove of garlic • 4 tbsp apple cider vinegar • 4 tbsp brown sugar
• 4 tbsp soy sauce
